- Take full ownership of used vehicle operations-inventory, pricing, merchandising, and turn
- Source high-quality vehicles through auctions, trades, and direct buys
- Stay ahead of market trends to ensure competitive and profitable pricing strategies
- Drive both gross profit and volume with a sharp eye on performance metrics
- Desk deals and close-you know how to get them bought
- Maintain organized processes and disciplined inventory management
- Collaborate with sales, service, and leadership teams to maximize results
