  • Take full ownership of used vehicle operations-inventory, pricing, merchandising, and turn
  • Source high-quality vehicles through auctions, trades, and direct buys
  • Stay ahead of market trends to ensure competitive and profitable pricing strategies
  • Drive both gross profit and volume with a sharp eye on performance metrics
  • Desk deals and close-you know how to get them bought
  • Maintain organized processes and disciplined inventory management
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and leadership teams to maximize results
