  • Registered Nurse Case Manager ($85-95k base/year)
  • Afterhours Registered Nurse ($85-95k base/year)
  • Patient Care Manager RN ($85-106k base/year)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (24.30-28.30/hour)
  • State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) ($18-22/hour)
  • Nurse Practitioner (per visit rate)
