Compensation range: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour. The Part Time Teller must be available to work every Saturday 9am-1pm.

The actual salary offered within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, level offered, and performance expectations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Part Time Teller who will receive and process members’ financial and service transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, corporate checks, VISA cash advances, debit card issuance, and other activities.

The Part Time Teller will support all branches of Advantage Federal Credit Union as needed. All Flex Tellers are eligible for an additional stipend when traveling outside of their home branch.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Maintains knowledge of products and services to properly assist members.
  • Balances cash drawer and accurately processes transactions; assists in open/close activity and with end of day efforts to balance the branch.
  • Achieves teller referral goals and participates in contests and other branch efforts to generate business.
  • Attend training as required.
  • Actively participates in the coaching process.
  • Supports all aspects of branch sales, operations and service in the absence of management.
  • In a SEG branch, the teller is expected to assume greater responsibility. The Teller assists management in maintaining defined audit, cash handling and cash ordering procedures.
  • Orders supplies from in-house and outside vendors.
  • Assists in other branch operational duties.
  • Operate independently in the absence of the Branch Manager.
