Bank Teller: Rock Falls, Illinois
Our customer in Rock Falls, Illinois, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Bank Tellers to work part-time or full-time on 1st shift. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing financial transactions and supporting daily branch operations.
Responsibilities of the Bank Teller:
  • Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other routine banking transactions.
  • Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Answer customer questions and resolve account issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inform customers about bank products and services.
  • Track, record, and store transactions and customer information accurately.
  • Package cash and roll coins for storage in drawers or the bank vault.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow all banking policies and procedures.
Bank Teller Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Cash handling experience required.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
  • Ability to work 36–40 hours per week if full-time.
  • Must be available Monday–Friday between 7:00am–5:00pm and most Saturdays from 7:00am–12:00pm.
Pay for Bank Teller: $15.25–$17.00/hour.
