Key Personnel is seeking a Bank Teller to join a reputable financial institution in the Skiatook, OK area.

Bank Teller Pay: $16 - $18.50/hr

Bank Teller Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Bank Teller Summary:

The Bank Teller is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately processing a variety of financial transactions in both the lobby and drive-thru. This position requires excellent cash handling skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers while adhering to bank policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and committed to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced banking environment.

Bank Teller Responsibilities:

  • Process customer deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve customers in both the lobby and drive-thru while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain and balance an assigned teller cash drawer in accordance with bank procedures.
  • Process multiple customer transactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Issue teller checks and other authorized banking instruments.
  • Follow all bank policies, procedures, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with customers both in person and over the telephone.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information.
  • Assist with general branch operations and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Bank Teller Qualifications:

  • Previous bank teller experience preferred; strong cash handling experience will be considered.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to accurately handle cash and balance transactions.
