This role involves:

Being a Member Service Representative at Holy Rosary Credit Union (HRCU), you will create a positive and timely experience for clients (in person, by phone, and by video banking) who need assistance. You will provide information both in Spanish and English concerning our products and services, ensuring the highest quality of service while complying with all HRCU policies and regulations.

You will take charge of:

  • Open/close/verify accounts, process/accept applications, process stop payments, order cards, and answer customer questions
  • Maintain accurate transactional records
  • Assist members with remote access and process wire transfers
  • Cross-sell credit union products and services
  • Continuously check member service voicemail and reply to these calls accordingly

Key requirements for success:

  • Must be bilingual English/Spanish speaking both written and verbal
  • Customer Service experience (bank teller or call center is a bonus)
  • Tech savvy handling multiple banking software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week (including Saturdays)
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required
