As a Window Teller, you will serve as a key point of contact for residents accessing essential services such as vehicle registration, tax payments, and title transfers. This is an excellent entry point into government work—with a structured path toward permanent employment and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents at the counter with transactions including vehicle registrations, title transfers, and property tax payments
- Accurately process a variety of payments: cash, check, credit/debit, and e-check
- Verify documents and identification, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state/county procedures
- Balance cash drawer daily and complete transaction reports
- Deliver prompt, courteous service in a busy queue setting
- Maintain accurate data entry and follow confidentiality protocols
- Support daily office operations and collaborate with other team members
- Be available to travel to other branches for training or operational coverage as needed
What You Bring:
- Minimum of six (6) months of RECENT face-to-face customer service experience, including cash handling, in a retail, banking, or related operational environment.

- Typing speed of at least 30 + wpm
- Strong math and data entry skills
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Must be available for occasional Saturdays and open to traveling to other branches for training or operational support) - Pay: $15/hour, paid weekly
