Our credit union is looking for a Teller to service our local branch! Your day-to-day tasks primarily involve processing bank transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. Teller Duties and Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Assist bank customers with check cashing and ordering checks
- Issue cashier's checks, money orders, and traveler's checks
- Verify customer signatures before disbursing money
- Promote bank products and services
- Report possible fraud to branch managers
Teller Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Experience in a cash handling position, such as cashier or bookkeeper
- Customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail
