What You'll Do
  • Provide exceptional customer service by accurately and efficiently processing a variety of financial transactions in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Balance and maintain your assigned cash drawer daily, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Actively listen to customers and communicate clearly, positively, and professionally always.
  • Learn to identify customer needs and recommend customer-focused, solution-oriented bank products and services.
  • Make appropriate referrals to other lines of business for both traditional and non-traditional products and services.
  • Support branch success by contributing to individual and team goals and overall branch performance.
  • Confidently and professionally de-escalate customer concerns by remaining calm, empathetic, and solution-focused, while following bank policies and escalation procedures.
  • Perform all teller responsibilities in compliance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
