What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service by accurately and efficiently processing a variety of financial transactions in a friendly, professional manner.
- Balance and maintain your assigned cash drawer daily, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Actively listen to customers and communicate clearly, positively, and professionally always.
- Learn to identify customer needs and recommend customer-focused, solution-oriented bank products and services.
- Make appropriate referrals to other lines of business for both traditional and non-traditional products and services.
- Support branch success by contributing to individual and team goals and overall branch performance.
