Time Bank Tellers are individuals who help manage the transactions and records within a time banking system, where community members exchange services using time as currency instead of money. Their responsibilities often include recording service hours, facilitating exchanges, assisting members with account questions, and maintaining accurate time credit balances. Time Bank Tellers play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of a time bank and supporting the sense of community among participants.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a time bank teller?

To excel as a Time Bank Teller, you generally need strong numeracy, attention to detail, and customer service skills, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. These skills are crucial for maintaining accuracy, security, and positive customer experiences in daily banking operations.
