Brightwater Senior Living is looking for a strategic, hands-on IT Manager to lead technology across our communities and central office. In this role, you'll shape IT strategy, strengthen security, improve day-to-day operations, and introduce smart solutions that support both staff and resident experience.

• Lead IT strategy and build a scalable roadmap aligned with company growth
• Oversee infrastructure, systems, devices, and Microsoft 365 across multiple locations
• Strengthen cybersecurity, identity management, and compliance practices
• Manage IT support, onboarding/offboarding, and staff training
• Partner with vendors, manage budgets, and drive cost-effective technology investments
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership responsibility
• Experience supporting multi-site environments; healthcare, senior living, or hospitality is a plus
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Hands-on knowledge of networking, endpoint management, cloud systems, and IT security
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy best practices
• Strong communication, vendor management, budgeting, and problem-solving skills
