Job description

Agile Delivery Manager

NLP Logix is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to help drive successful client delivery across technology, analytics, AI, machine learning, and data-focused projects. This blended Agile and project delivery role combines Scrum Master and Project Manager responsibilities to help teams stay organized, remove blockers, manage delivery risks, and communicate clearly with clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating clarity in fast-moving work, coordinating across technical and client-facing teams, and connecting day-to-day sprint execution to broader project commitments.

What Makes This Role Unique

  • Work on client-facing technology and data-driven delivery, including analytics, AI, machine learning, software, and cross-functional product work.
  • Operate at both the Agile team level and the project delivery level.
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Client Success, Release Management, and Delivery Operations.
  • Help improve delivery consistency, visibility, communication, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate or support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Help teams maintain clear priorities, sprint goals, backlog readiness, and delivery focus.
  • Track blockers, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, decisions, and action items.
  • Manage delivery execution for assigned client engagements, workstreams, or teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work across technical, product, delivery, and client-facing stakeholders.
  • Communicate delivery progress, risks, timeline impacts, readiness needs, and next steps to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate delivery information in tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar systems.
  • Support consistent delivery practices, operating rhythms, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Agile delivery, project delivery, delivery coordination, Scrum Master work, technology delivery, or a related role.
  • Working knowledge of Agile practices, Scrum ceremonies, sprint execution, and backlog flow.
  • Understanding of project delivery fundamentals, including scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and action tracking.
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders, teams, or workstreams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to identify risks early, clarify ownership, and drive practical next steps.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and evolving client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in client-facing technology delivery, professional services, consulting, software development, analytics, AI, machine learning, or data-focused delivery work.
  • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar delivery tools.
  • Experience supporting Agile, software, engineering, data science, or cross-functional product teams.
  • Experience in financial services, healthcare, government, or other regulated industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field.
  • Agile, Scrum, CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or similar certification.
