Get to Know the Opportunity
The Delivery Manager is responsible for enabling successful execution of complex, cross-team and cross-department technology initiatives within Enterprise Data Management (EDM) that extend beyond the scope of a single agile team. The Delivery Manager ensures execution decisions are grounded in downstream consumer needs, business value, and broader enterprise outcomes. This role operates at the intersection of product, engineering, and execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and creating the structure needed to deliver outcomes at scale, whether EDM owns the full scope of work or contributes as part of a broader enterprise effort.
The Delivery Manager connects work across teams, surfacing risks, dependencies, and key decision points early to ensure initiatives remain aligned to business priorities and technical realities. This role serves as a central point of coordination, helping teams navigate complexity, maintain momentum, and operate with clarity as work progresses.
Success in this role requires strong critical thinking, technical curiosity, and the ability to understand enough about the work to challenge assumptions, connect dependencies, anticipate risks, and drive clarity. The Delivery Manager brings a structured, outcome-oriented approach-aligning teams, anticipating challenges, and enabling effective progress without unnecessary overhead.
The Contributions You'll Make:
  • Own delivery coordination for Enterprise Data Management (EDM) deliverables within larger-scale, cross-team, and cross-department initiatives that require orchestration beyond an individual team's scope.

  • Define and maintain clarity on scope, milestones, sequencing, dependencies, and delivery health to ensure aligned execution.

  • Lead cross-team coordination, ensuring dependencies are actively managed and work progresses in line with agreed priorities.

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Scrum Masters, PMO, IT partners, and business stakeholders to align execution plans and resolve gaps in priorities, ownership, or expectations.

  • Identify delivery risks early and drive resolution, escalating when needed to prevent impact to timelines or outcomes.

  • Ensure initiative scope and upcoming work are defined early and accurately reflected in team-level planning and PI commitments and remain aligned to business priorities and technical constraints as execution evolves.

  • Drive alignment across teams when priorities, sequencing, or decisions are unclear or in conflict.

  • Translate team-level signals (flow, capacity, blockers) into actions that improve predictability and keep initiative delivery on track.

  • Support forecast governance and PMO alignment by maintaining accurate delivery status, risks, dependencies, and planning inputs.

  • Ensure visibility and follow-through for intake and release activities by driving ownership and coordination when gaps exist.

  • Build strong working partnerships across US and India teams, ensuring effective knowledge sharing, status visibility, and continuity across geographies.

  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and practical problem-solving across complex delivery efforts.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in delivery management, technical project management, technical program management, Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or a similar execution-focused technology role.

  • Demonstrated experience as a Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or similar role focused on cross-team execution and delivery outcomes.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-team or cross-functional technology initiatives.

  • Experience operating across multiple teams or workstreams, managing dependencies, coordination, and delivery at scale.

  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and how team-level execution connects to broader initiative outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive structure, clarity, and follow-through in fast-paced or evolving environments.

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience building effective partnerships across Product, Engineering, PMO, technology, and business teams.

  • Comfortable operating as a highly independent contributor with end-to-end accountability for initiative execution.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience
  • Experience working across onshore and offshore teams, including coordinating work across distributed environments.

  • Experience supporting technology or data-focused initiatives.

  • Experience supporting enterprise data, cloud migration, digital transformation, customer-facing digital platforms, B2C modernization, or similar enterprise technology initiatives.

  • Financial services, wealth management, employee benefits, or comparable regulated business environment experience.

  • Agile or delivery-related certifications, such as CSM, SAFe, PMP, or equivalent.

Note: This role is leveled based on scope, complexity, and impact rather than years of experience. Individuals may bring varying career backgrounds while operating at the same role level.
