In this role you will:
  • Build and manage business relationships within assigned client base.
  • Facilitate meetings and technology strategy sessions with clients.
  • Advise on industry trends and best practices.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for improvement and technology alignment with business goals.
  • Proactively complete and update Technology Roadmaps with assigned clients.
  • Design, architect, and guide client technology projects and solutions.
  • Recommend capabilities within Elevity's Managed IT solution offering.
  • Serve as a product line subject matter expert.
  • Perform network assessment for clients and review products/service components.
  • Help coordinate and/or organize on-site technical support as needed; providing occasional technical support.
  • Assist with client contract management.
  • Accountable overall client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay current on industry trends as well as product and service capabilities.

You should have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years network administration experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills including task management and follow through.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Natural curiosity and strong desire to assist others to scceed.
  • High level of comfort engaging professionally at different levels of an organization.
  • 1-2 years of experience in cloud technologies
  • Expert understanding of IT infrastructure components and operations
  • 25-40% travel required, some may be overnight.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to reliable transportation
