Technical Sales Professionals often act as a bridge between customers and internal teams. They work closely with engineering and product management to understand the technical aspects of products and to relay client feedback or requirements. This collaboration ensures that solutions are tailored to client needs, and it often involves joint meetings, technical demonstrations, and problem-solving sessions. Successful Technical Sales Professionals are proactive communicators who can translate customer challenges into actionable insights for their colleagues, improving both product offerings and customer satisfaction.

  • Strong understanding of LED technology, electronics, power systems, controls, or electromechanical products is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to develop customer relationships and grow revenue.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across engineering, operations, and commercial functions.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentive compensation.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Paid vacation and holidays.
  • Opportunities for career growth across multiple brands within the 3LED Group.
  • A collaborative environment where ideas move quickly from concept to execution.

If you are passionate about technology, customer engagement, and building businesses, we would like to hear from you.
