Location: This position is remote in the US only.
What You'll Do
  • Partner with engineering leads to translate business objectives into technical execution plans, including milestones and deliverables
  • Demonstrate strong technical acumen to effectively engage in architectural discussions and trade-off decisions
  • Define and manage program timelines, roadmaps, and resource planning across multiple initiatives
  • Establish and enforce program governance, documentation, and best practices
  • Drive issue resolution and decision-making, escalating appropriately when needed
  • Ensure alignment between product roadmap and engineering execution, balancing priorities and constraints
  • Facilitate key ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) where needed to maintain momentum
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and program health metrics to ensure successful outcomes
  • Support change management and stakeholder communication during program evolution
Pay Range: $70.00 - $77.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
