Job Summary:
Atoms is a company dedicated to helping restaurateurs succeed in online food delivery through innovative technology. They are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the Data Quality program, collaborating with various teams to establish a reliable data platform and eliminate data errors.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Own and drive complex, cross-functional technical programs from concept to launch, bringing clarity to ambiguous problem spaces.
โ€ข Steer program direction by proactively identifying risks and dependencies, driving alignment through strong stakeholder relationships.
โ€ข Drive the Data Quality program end-to-end, aligning initiatives across engineering, data, and product toward strategic goals.
โ€ข Lead the Data Governance Council (DGC), driving policy decisions on certification, contract standards, and metric ownership.
โ€ข Guide key workstreams including data contracts, pipeline observability, testing, lineage tracking, and freshness SLA compliance.
โ€ข Facilitate program OKRs, roadmaps, and execution plans while ensuring delivery through prioritization, dependency tracking, and blocker resolution.
โ€ข Champion data quality across the organization by enforcing metric definitions, SLAs, and clear ownership standards.
