The opportunityThe Unity Real-Time 3D Engine runs on many platforms, and a group of platform enablement teams are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager. These teams are collaborating with a platform partner to build support for the next generation of cutting edge interactive immersive gaming experiences playable across TVs and mobile devices (phones and tablets).As a Technical Program Manager, you will coordinate delivery of projects that make up the strategic roadmap. You will collaborate with leaders from engineering, product management, design, quality assurance, partner engagement and other internal teams delivering dependent initiatives as required. You will also play a key role in building relationships and facilitating collaboration with the external partner. As the teams adapt to new opportunities, you will craft and implement change management strategies to guide process improvements and organizational change.You will wear several hats: connector, mentor, reporter, translator, diplomat, and act as a force multiplier for the teams with whom you work.
