The opportunityThe Unity Real-Time 3D Engine runs on many platforms, and a group of platform enablement teams are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager. These teams are collaborating with a platform partner to build support for the next generation of cutting edge interactive immersive gaming experiences playable across TVs and mobile devices (phones and tablets).As a Technical Program Manager, you will coordinate delivery of projects that make up the strategic roadmap. You will collaborate with leaders from engineering, product management, design, quality assurance, partner engagement and other internal teams delivering dependent initiatives as required. You will also play a key role in building relationships and facilitating collaboration with the external partner. As the teams adapt to new opportunities, you will craft and implement change management strategies to guide process improvements and organizational change.You will wear several hats: connector, mentor, reporter, translator, diplomat, and act as a force multiplier for the teams with whom you work. You should have a highly adaptable program management style, and dedication to cultivating a culture of individual empowerment, ownership, trust, and continuous improvement.What you’ll be doingCoordinating with engineering and product managers to build and execute against a clear roadmap that balances feature development goals, multiple partner commitments, and operational improvements.Driving for absolute clarity on product, partner, and stakeholder requirements, expectations and timelines.Using effective communication, tools, and program management strategies to define and track dependencies required to meet deliverables across various internal teams.Iterating on existing processes and methodologies, or developing solutions where none exist, to improve our velocity, collaboration, and visibility while being respectful of what came before.Identifying and mitigating risks associated with change, and adeptly handling any conflicts that arise.What we’re looking forSoftware project/program management experience, working closely with engineering and non-technical teams to facilitate successful delivery of features and products.A track record of delivering against contractual obligations and managing external relationships.An unwavering persistence to tracking down and resolving loose ends.Experience managing process and organizational change, working to evolve the current of embedded habits rather than fighting against it.A focus on establishing relationships, maintaining a positive culture, and optimizing communications tailored to a variety of audiences and stakeholders.You might also have (optional)A passion for the future of computer games or real-time 3D experiences in a variety of settings.Literacy and proven experience with Kanban, Scrum, and other agile development methodologiesProficiency using tools such as Jira, Favro, Trello, Miro, Slack and Confluence.Familiarity with AI tools such as ClaudeBase Salary Range: We determine the base salary range for this role based on your primary work location:Zone A: $135,800 - $203,600 USD grossZone B: $153,400 - $230,200 USD grossZone C: $172,400 - $258,600 USD grossThis range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions).
