Job Description

  • Looking for an experienced Onshore Technical Project Manager to work closely with the client s Release Train Engineer (RTE) and cross-functional teams.
  • This role sits at the intersection of security, cloud data (AWS), and delivery execution.
  • The ideal candidate can interpret complex security dashboards and AWS data, translate insights into actionable work items, and drive execution through to closure while leveraging AI tools to enhance reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Program & Delivery Management

  • Partner with the client Release Train Engineer (RTE) to align with Agile Release Train (ART) priorities and delivery cadence
  • Convert high-level security and cloud insights into clearly defined user stories, tasks, and backlog items
  • Track progress across teams, ensuring timely execution and closure of deliverables Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive resolution Data Interpretation & Action Planning
  • Analyze and interpret security dashboards, vulnerability reports, and AWS operational data
  • Translate findings into actionable recommendations and prioritized work items
  • Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure proper remediation and implementation Stakeholder Communication
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes

  • Facilitate meetings, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and status reviews AI-Driven Reporting & Insights
  • Leverage AI tools like Copilot/Claude to automate reporting, generate insights, and improve visibility
  • Create dynamic dashboards and executive-level summaries
  • Continuously improve reporting efficiency and quality using emerging AI capabilities Governance & Tracking
  • Maintain accurate tracking of stories, tasks, and security remediation efforts
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and client security standards
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and delivery metrics

Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (SAFe preferred)
  • Experience working with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) or within ART environments
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud environments
