We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with a strong background in product management with technical expertise particularly in the Quick Service Restaurant QSR industry
The candidate should also have cloud experience in AWS and be able to work across multiple channels and platforms including web mobile and kiosk
Responsibilities
  • Product Management Defining and managing the product roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs Support the prioritization of features and enhancements based on market research customer feedback and business objectives
  • Solution Reviews and Design Discussions Actively participate in solution reviews and design discussions providing technical insights and ensuring that solutions are aligned with business requirements and industry best practices
  • Cloud Management Utilize AWS cloud services to design deploy and manage scalable and secure solutions Ensure that cloud infrastructure is optimized for performance and costefficiency
  • MultiChannel and Platform Integration Work with requirements across multiple channels and platforms including web mobile and kiosk Ensure seamless integration and consistent user experience across all platforms
  • QSR Industry Expertise Leverage your knowledge of the QSR industry to develop and implement technology solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Stakeholder Management Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT operations marketing and external vendors to gather requirements define project scope and ensure alignment with business objectives

Qualifications
