This position offers hands on exposure to technical product workflows, cross functional collaboration and end to end lifecycle support, working closely with senior product leadership, engineering teams, and external vendors to implement integrations, support product updates, and ensure the smooth operation of interconnected systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support end-to-end execution of product updates, enhancements, and release activities across clinical, and operational platforms in a regulated home care environment
• Work with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Assist in the development, maintenance, and ongoing refinement of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), feature briefs, and supporting documentation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and process improvements across clinical, operational, and administrative functions.
• Coordinate with external vendors and third-party partners on integration workflows
• Support product planning, backlog management, and sprint readiness activities through Jira, ClickUp, and other project management tools.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), system validation, defect tracking, and issue resolution; document test results, defect logs, and release notes to support successful product releases.
• Support senior product leadership in tracking initiative status, open action items, and cross-functional deliverables across active workstreams
• Help ensure data accuracy, system consistency, and proper configuration validation across integrated platforms
• Support adherence to HIPAA requirements, data governance standards, and internal compliance controls throughout all product and system change activities
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to understand technical systems and integration workflows
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Internship or academic project experience in product, systems, operations, or technology preferred
• Exposure to APIs, SaaS platforms, or system integrations preferred
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp or similar platforms preferred
• Interest in technical product management, systems, or product operations preferred
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Entry-level professional or recent graduate eager to grow in product and technical systems
• Strong curiosity about how systems connect and products are built
• Comfortable working across technical and business teams
• Comfortable navigating the complexity of a growing healthcare organization - able to manage competing priorities, adapt to evolving workflows, and bring structure where there is ambiguity
