Smadex is a leading advertising technology company founded in Barcelona in 2010 and sold to American-based and stock-listed Entravision in 2018 (NYSE::EVC). We are currently considered one of the top mobile ad‑tech companies in the world, competing with American‑based Liftoff and Korean‑based Moloco, both in the pre‑IPO stage.

We are looking for an analytical tech‑savvy Product Associate Director that is able to transform our business objectives into actionable tasks. This person will be reporting to Smadex's Chief Product Officer.

Your mission

As Product Associate Director, you will be working to ensure the company's technical vision is reflected in the development of our platform and contributing to our product's strategy, directly impacting the success of our company. You’ll be in contact with engineers and developers, collaborating with the commercial and operations teams to map the direction of the product and roll out features that drive business goals.

Role's tasks and responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap aligning with business objectives.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize feature developments and with commercial, marketing and operations teams to align on timelines, priorities and strategies.
  • Engage directly with partners and customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
  • Make data‑based decisions to keep the business relevant and competitive.
  • Stay at the forefront of AdTech, new technologies, industry trends and privacy regulations.

Role's skills and requirements
  • Technical background with a degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analysis or Product Management, with a preference for candidates who worked in a tech company.
