Job Summary:Serves as a key contributor supporting the development, refinement, and publication of large-scale technical documentation. Responsible for producing clear, consistent, and structured content while collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate, usable, and aligned with organizational standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, edit, and standardize technical documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Apply templates, formatting standards, and document structures across a large documentation library.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather, interpret, and translate technical information.
  • Identify and resolve gaps, inconsistencies, and unclear guidance across documentation.
  • Organize content into logical sections and chapters to support usability and publication readiness.
  • Maintain version control, traceability, and document integrity within SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Support iterative review cycles by incorporating stakeholder and committee feedback.
  • Perform quality assurance checks including formatting, cross-referencing, and hyperlink validation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes and workflows.
Skills & Requirements
Required Experience:
  • 4+ years of technical writing, editing, or documentation experience
  • Experience supporting large-scale or multi-document environments
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and SharePoint
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and SMEs
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
