Position Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Technical Publication Author/Writer to join our team supporting the F-16 program. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, developing, writing, and converting legacy (SGML) technical manuals into S1000D (XML) format in compliance with program and military specifications.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Research, write, and edit technical content for F-16 aircraft maintenance and operations manuals in compliance with contractual and military specifications.
  • Apply applicable style guides, formatting standards, and publication specifications to ensure consistency across deliverables.
  • Review and validate technical content for clarity, accuracy, and compliance prior to publication release

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • 4+ years of experience
  • 2+ years of experience with either Standard Group Markup Language (SGML) or Extensible Markup Language (XML)
