Position Summary We are looking for a Technical Training and Support Specialist to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for customers on our automated packaging equipment . This role also provides remote technical support to assist customers in troubleshooting and optimizing machine performance. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with technical expertise in industrial automation and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience . Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver customer training programs on equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Create training materials (manuals, videos, and presentations) tailored to customer needs.
- Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions .
- Provide remote troubleshooting support via phone and video.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to automation and packaging machinery .
- Document customer interactions in a CRM or support system.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to improve customer success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies .
Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical training, field service, or customer support for industrial equipment .
- Experience delivering remote troubleshooting and training .
- Knowledge of packaging automation, industrial machinery, and mechanical systems .
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills .
- Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams) and training software .
- Familiarity with CRM or technical support ticketing systems .
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical education, or related field preferred.
