Onsite Neonatal Partners, Inc is a privately owned Neonatology practice based out of Voorhees, New Jersey. We currently employ about 175 Neonatologists, Pediatricians, and APPs to provide inpatient neonatal and pediatric services at our hospital partners. We currently operate in ten different states and are looking to expand.

Onsite is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to expand our services to more hospital partners and increase our national footprint. Responsibilities include maintaining the hospital database and contacts, performing outreach campaigns, providing follow-up, and maintaining relationships.

The critical functions of the Business Development Manager include identifying potential hospital partners, developing a sales campaign, and following up with identified opportunities.:

  • Sourcing and identifying potential Hospital partners
  • Meeting sales goals for top-line revenue growth

Onsite Neonatalโ€™ s ideal candidate for our Business Development Manager will meet the following qualifications:

  • Excellent writing skills, including grammar and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and outreach
  • Professional communications and timely follow up
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Access and Excel
  • Ability to work within established timelines
  • At least 1-2 years of professional sales or marketing experience
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, or a closely related field
  • Healthcare experience preferred
