Business Development Manager
Location: North York, ON (Victoria Park and 401) – On-site
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (DOE)

Winters Technical Staffing, proudly serving Canada for over 55 years, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a winning attitude, a passion for building relationships, and a drive to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, secure, and manage new client relationships

  • Gain a thorough understanding of clients’ products and manufacturing processes

  • Meet with hiring decision-makers to present our full range of services

  • Prepare professional responses to RFPs

  • Develop customized PowerPoint presentations for prospective clients

  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to review candidates submitted for job orders

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of proven sales experience

  • Post-secondary education (University or College degree)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of Employment Laws and Provincial Health & Safety policies

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a sense of urgency

  • Strong business acumen with a focus on delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences
