Our international client is expanding their footprint to the North American market and is looking for business development managers with a strong understanding of the energy market, strong technical knowledge, and an outgoing, personable, ambitious approach to developing a book of business.

Energy Industry Technical Business Development Manager Benefits:

Energy Industry Technical Business Development Manager Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B Sales / Business Development in a technical industry related to energy
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of energy systems
  • Valid current passport with no travel restrictions to foreign countries (including DUIs)
  • Proven experience building a book of business, scouting new accounts, and maintaining strong business relationships
  • Experience creating and responding to RFPs and RFQs with professional proposals
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time, work efficiently remotely, and work in office in Dallas as needed
  • Preferred: Experience with international business in Canada and Mexico
  • Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish
