Location: Ft. Belvoir, VA
Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance
Experience:
Minimum of ten (10) years of military or civilian intelligence experience at the national, operational, or tactical level in one or more intelligence disciplines, including:
Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT)
Human Intelligence (HUMINT)
Counterintelligence (CI)
Open Source Intelligence (OSINT)
All-Source Analysis
Collection Management
Experience supporting Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) or organizational Data Literacy initiatives.
Minimum of tw(2) years leading or advising intelligence modernization and/or innovation initiatives.
Experience defining objectives and deliverables, identifying stakeholders, and establishing relationships with industry and military leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
Three (3) years of experience planning and executing:
In-Progress Reviews (IPRs)
Operational Planning Team (OPT) meetings
Synchronization and coordination meetings
Experience supporting complex projects involving cross-staff, multi-agency, or joint organization coordination.
Experience with Army modernization programs and future capability development efforts.
Familiarity with DoDAF, acquisition planning, capability development, and intelligence modernization processes.
Education:
Master's degree (MA/MS) and a minimum of five (5) years of experience managing programs and projects; OR
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing programs and projects.
