About the Role:
We're on the hunt for individuals who bring together technical aptitude and a customer-centric approach to join our YES Energy Client Services team in the role of Associate Technical Account Managers (ATAMs). As an ATAM, you'll be at the forefront of leveraging our state-of-the-art Utility Billing software, a powerful tool engineered to meticulously track energy consumption, pinpoint leaks, alert relevant stakeholders, flag invoice discrepancies, and recover excessive charges. In this role, your billing oversight and customer service excellence will be the driving force behind ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and reliable billing solutions.
*** This position requires flexibility for travel during the second week of employment for training purposes. Training may be conducted locally or at an alternate location based on business needs. Candidates should be prepared and available to travel as required during this time. ***
What You'll Do:
  • Provide technical support and software implementation guidance to a portfolio of assigned Yardi clients.
  • Assist clients with product configuration, deployment, and best practice adoption to ensure successful implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common software application issues while communicating product features effectively.
  • Build strong client relationships and continually develop deep expertise in Yardi products and solutions.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to learn new concepts and Yardi programs
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
