Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Account Manager in Atlanta, GA to support and grow our existing client accounts within the Staffing space.


Must have experience in the staffing industry. Prior or current Account Management experience is required. MUST be local to Atlanta, GA


This is a salary + incentives position.


This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience who understands staffing operations and is ready to take ownership of account growth.

You will work closely with internal recruiting teams and client stakeholders to strengthen relationships, increase requisition flow, and expand our footprint within assigned accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support assigned client accounts
  • Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and program contacts
  • Maintain regular communication to understand hiring needs and upcoming demand
  • Identify opportunities to increase account penetration and wallet share
  • Support expansion into new departments within existing accounts
  • Partner with recruiting/delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Assist in developing relationships within VMS/MSP structures
  • Track account performance and contribute to growth targets


Performance Metrics:

  • Growth in revenue within assigned accounts
  • Increase in requisition volume

Qualifications:
