Job Overview:

Curious how recruiting technology can drive real impact? Marvin is looking for a Talent Acquisition Systems & Operations Manager to lead the strategy and optimization of our recruiting systems. In this role, youโ€™ll manage TA technology to ensure our tools, processes, and teams work seamlessly together. Youโ€™ll help create a best-in-class candidate experience while enabling smarter, data-driven decisions. 

This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, IT, Compliance, and external vendors to continuously improve how we hire. Youโ€™ll lead a small team and shape the future of our recruiting technology, making it more efficient, scalable, and effective. 

This role is based in Warroad, Minnesota, where Marvin is headquartered. We will support your relocation with a robust benefit package that includes the movement of household goods, up to 120 days of temporary housing, and much more โ€“ in addition to a relocation counselor to assist you throughout the entire journey. 

Highlights of your role:
  • Manage TA technology, including Applicant Tracking System, Candidate Relationship Management, interview platforms, and background check vendors 

  • Develop and implement a TA systems roadmap aligned with hiring goals, employer brand, and candidate experience 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for TA technology vendors and manage those relationships 

  • Lead and develop a team of TA Coordinators and a TA Systems Administrator 

  • Work to continuously improve recruiting processes, workflows, and system integrations 

  • Ensure data integrity and best practices across pipeline management and candidate engagement 

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • 5+ years of experience working with recruiting technology ecosystems 

  • Strong background in system configuration, workflow optimization, and automation 

  • Experience leading and developing a team 

  • Proven ability to manage vendor partnerships, implement new tools and integrations 

  • Data-driven mindset and analytical skills to support reporting, dashboards and recruiting outcomes

Compensation: $121,000 to $151,000 Annually (and is bonus eligible)
