Recruiting 

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, client service representatives, and administrative staff 
  • Create and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms 
  • Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, bar associations, and professional networks 
  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings 
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership 
  • Maintain applicant tracking system and recruiting records 
  • Facilitate candidate communication throughout the hiring process 
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation activities
