We are looking for an experienced Medical Recruiter to support a healthcare organization on a Contract assignment. This role will focus on attracting and hiring both clinical and non-clinical talent during a contract coverage period, with an expected duration of 6 to 12 weeks. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategy, and applicant tracking systems, along with the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for a range of healthcare positions, including both patient-facing and administrative roles.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, job boards, and other recruiting channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, align on candidate profiles, and move searches forward efficiently.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial outreach, and coordinate interview logistics throughout the hiring process.
• Manage job postings, candidate records, and workflow updates within the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate documentation.
• Apply targeted recruiting strategies to improve candidate flow and help fill time-sensitive openings during the coverage period.
• Support hiring-related events and other recruiting initiatives that strengthen outreach to talent with relevant experience.
• Monitor progress across open requisitions and provide timely updates on candidate activity, hiring challenges, and market feedback.• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for healthcare or medical staffing backgrounds.
• Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical positions.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and building candidate pipelines across multiple recruiting platforms.
• Proficiency using applicant tracking systems and maintaining organized, accurate recruiting records.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adjust quickly in a fast-moving, deadline-driven setting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills when working with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of recruiting processes, best practices, and effective strategies for attracting talent with healthcare experience.
