Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to come aboard our Human Resources team. You will play a key role in supporting our company’s growth by identifying candidates who align with our values and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding
• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future openings
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience(Preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools(ADP Experience Preferred)
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
