Vaco Atlanta is hiring an HRIS Manager to join a rapidly growing global manufacturer scaling through acquisition and preparing for a future IPO. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of HR, IT, Finance, and enterprise transformation. Role: HRIS Manager Location: Roswell, GA Onsite: Hybrid Job Type: permanent Pay: $130,000 - $150,000 annually + bonus What Youโ€™ll Do: Lead global HRIS strategy, optimization, and future-state architecture Drive IPO readiness, including SOX controls, ITGCs, access governance, and audit compliance Support acquisition integrations and multi-system HR data consolidation Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and SAP teams to modernize processes and automate workflows Build executive dashboards, reporting, and people analytics What You Bring: 7+ years of progressive HRIS leadership experience Deep expertise in Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, ADP, or similar enterprise HR platforms Experience in global, multi-entity organizations Strong SOX / pre-IPO / public company compliance exposure Acquisition integration and systems transformation experience preferred Manufacturing experience is a plus Why Join?
