Summary: Provides secretarial support relating to department activities. Performs diverse duties to maintain coordination of department functions and systems to maximize department productivity and effectiveness.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Excellent clerical and computer skills required. Must know Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with Kronos preferred. Purchasing experience also preferred. Exceptional customer service skills and ability to multi-task. Previous office experience strongly preferred.
