H2M’s Human Resources department supports the organization through effective workforce administration, talent acquisition, employee development, and compliance-driven operational support. The department oversees recruitment, onboarding, learning and development programs, employee records management, HR systems, and policy guidance across the employee lifecycle, partnering closely with leadership and employees. Through consistent processes, confidentiality, and professional stewardship, Human Resources supports organizational effectiveness and a positive employee experience.


We are seeking an ambitious HRIS Coordinator interested in a career in Human Resources. This position plays a critical role in supporting Human Resources operations through data extraction, reporting, and analysis, and is responsible for transforming HR data into actionable insights that inform strategic workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across HR functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Extract, analyze, and report on HR data to support operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from HR datasets to inform workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Integrate business performance data and market forecasts into workforce planning to ensure headcount alignment with growth priorities.
  • Partner with HR to design and implement data-driven solutions for talent management.
  • Analyze and forecast the impact of HR programs on turnover, retention, and other lifecycle metrics.
  • Track and interpret employee data to support compensation, benefits, and workforce planning efforts.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly HR reports for leadership review.
  • Provide backup support for Payroll and Benefits on a regular basis.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.


Education & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Data Analytics or related field preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI preferred.
  • Familiarity with Dayforce HRIS platform is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities based on business needs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
