1) Should be W2 employee 2) Should have industry certified external certification like Prince 2, Scrum master, Product Owner, ITIL, or should be willing to complete small UDEMY certification post clearing client round (Cost to be either borne by vendor or candidate as Cognizant won't be able to reimburse) Job Description (Highlighted points are must have) • 8+ Years of experience as Senior BA managing IT related projects. • Hands on experience on supporting projects related to Institutional payments especially Swift and other industry accepted platforms • Must have knowledge and Experience of SWIFT - MT / MX / ISO 15022 related to Treasury, Setts, Recons, payments exp. Swift messages • Hands on experience working on conversion from old to new Swift formats. • Real time experience on writing, understanding and Interpretation of BRD's and FRD's. • Complete understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) • Strong hold in Swift User Interface • Working knowledge of SQL. - Good to have • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Very good Co-ordination skills with multiple teams and senior stake holders. • Knowledge of Scrum / Agile.
