Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will focus primarily on a diverse population of patients needing orthopedic rehabilitation. This includes individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Your role is vital in helping these patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications
  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Valid physical therapy license in Florida.
  • Two years (2) of outpatient orthopedic experience.
  • Current CPR certification.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with additional certifications in specialty areas of orthopedics, sports medicine, or advanced manual therapy techniques will be considered favorably. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems will also enhance your application.
