As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will work onsite alongside a diverse team of clinicians including physical therapy assistants, occupational therapists, and healthcare support personnel. Your role will involve direct patient interaction, making your schedule both dynamic and fulfilling.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions to create tailored treatment plans in accordance with physician referrals.

• Set achievable goals with patients, monitor their progress, and adapt treatment protocols to optimize outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and any changes in condition to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Oversee the work of Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support staff, providing direction to enhance patient care quality.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care plans.

• Evaluate patient progress, utilizing outcome-based metrics to refine therapeutic interventions and report findings to the healthcare team.

Our patients at Swift Peace Physical Therapy are individuals of all ages recovering from various conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain management. You will be instrumental in providing compassionate care that respects each patient's unique preferences and health goals.

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.

• Current physical therapy licensure in the state of Florida.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with patients and healthcare team members.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other relevant software for documentation.

While a minimum of one year of experience in a physical therapy setting is required, candidates with advanced training or specialization in a specific area of physical therapy will be given preference. Experience in conducting patient education workshops or community health outreach programs is also advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
