Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, assessing their physical conditions, functional limitations, and therapy needs to develop an effective treatment plan.

• Create and implement tailored therapeutic interventions based on patient assessments, goals, and evidence-based practice.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient care, documenting evaluations, treatments, and progress to ensure compliance and facilitate continuity of care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to discuss patient care strategies and monitor progress.

• Supervise assistant staff and support personnel in providing care, ensuring that all treatments are delivered in alignment with established protocols.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making necessary adjustments to optimize patient recovery.

• Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions, contributing ideas to enhance service delivery and facility operations.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
