Java Developer – Kotlin / Swift (Local Candidates Only)

Location: Fremont, CA
Work Arrangement: Onsite – 4 Days/Week

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Java Developer with strong backend development expertise and solid experience with Kotlin and Swift/iOS. The ideal candidate will have a strong Java/J2EE background, hands-on experience building scalable applications using Spring Boot and microservices, and the ability to work across backend and mobile technologies.

Java must be the candidate’s primary skill, with proven experience in Kotlin and a solid background in Swift/iOS or mobile application development. Candidates must be able to work onsite in Fremont, CA, 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java/J2EE.
  • Develop scalable backend services and microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Design and integrate RESTful APIs and distributed services.
  • Work with Kotlin for application and backend development.
  • Collaborate on Swift/iOS and mobile application development and integrations.
  • Design and optimize SQL queries and work with relational databases.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Apply OOP principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms to develop maintainable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex production and application issues.
  • Follow Git-based development workflows and CI/CD practices.
