Position : Product Owner with Subscription Management
Location : 100% Remote
Duration : 6+ Months Contract
Job Description
Product Owner
  • Our candidates are expected to be very hands-on and have excellent communication skills (comfortable interacting and partnering with senior stakeholders). She/he will own Epics, Stories, Acceptance Criteria, UAT. If they have Scrum experience, that is a bonus
  • Jira & Confluence are must haves. They work in Scrum Framework in two-week development Sprints
  • Must have prior experience in Subscription Management based projects.
  • They are ready for this person to start asap; ideally they want to interview & select a candidate this coming week.

Product Owner is responsible for understanding and documenting business requirements, translating those requirements into technical specifications, and managing the implementation of those specifications.
Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain requirements documentation.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
  • Translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Manage the implementation of technical specifications.
  • Track and report on project progress.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product development and project management (preferably agile)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Collaboration tools
  • Experience with business analysis tools and technique
  • Subscription management product experience preferably in insurance and automotive industry
