Finance Senior Specialist - Software & Subscription Business, you will partner closely with Projects & Services Operational leaders to provide financial guidance, planning support, and analytical insights. You will provide finance support for deploying digital product offerings and services, working directly with Program Managers and Project & Service Managers to ensure financial discipline, accurate forecasting, and strong execution.

As a Finance Senior Specialist - Software & Subscription Business, you will be responsible for:

  • Assist in the preparation of annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans, with a focus on SaaS revenue growth, ARR expansion, and profitability objectives.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support subscription revenue forecasting, ARR/MRR analysis, customer growth, pricing strategies, and software product investments.

  • Analyze SaaS business metrics, including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), churn, and unit economics.

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather inputs, evaluate business performance, and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes, including variance analysis of revenue, bookings, pipeline conversion, operating expenses, headcount, and SaaS performance metrics.

  • Prepare executive dashboards and management reporting packages that provide insights into subscription revenue trends, customer retention, SaaS profitability, and key operating drivers.

  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses related to pricing optimization, customer segmentation, sales productivity, market expansion opportunities, and product profitability.

  • Support evaluation of strategic initiatives, including software investments, product launches, acquisitions, partnerships, and market-entry opportunities through detailed business case development and ROI analysis.

  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Accounting teams to ensure accurate revenue forecasting, bookings tracking, deferred revenue analysis, and alignment with revenue recognition requirements.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improving growth, retention, margin expansion, and operational efficiency.

  • Drive continuous improvement of financial planning processes, forecasting methodologies, reporting automation, and data governance to enhance scalability and decision support.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

  • Have a minimum of 5 years experience in Digital/Software business environment.

  • Have been driving analysis of SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) financial performance

  • Providing financial business cases for new digital features, product enhancements, and cloud migration initiatives by modelling ROI, marginal cost impact, and scalability implications, working closely with Solutions & Product Management finance

  • Supporting endtoend subscription processes, working closely with CSM (Customer Success Management) organisation, by ensuring alignment between CRM, billing systems, and ERP for accurate ARR tracking, renewals, and revenue recognition

Preferred Qualification:

  • Provide financial oversight of software-related costs, including third party licenses and cloud infrastructure costs. Partner with the Product, Technology, Sourcing and Cloud Operations teams to forecast, track and optimize software and cloud infrastructure spend.
