Manager, Product Management - Subscription Management And SSO

Overview: The Security Solutions team (SSO) in Europe leverages world-class security products and services to lead multi-product commercialization initiatives. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast, our team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse customer base from issuers and acquirers to retailers, airlines, hotels, public sector entities, telecom companies and more. Fraud and chargebacks disrupt the entire payments ecosystem, driving both card issuers and merchants to focus on resolving disputes instead of increasing card acceptance and building a strong user experience. Ethoca Consumer Clarity ("Clarity") changes the dialogue, creating a rich environment for issuers and merchants to engage cardholders' post-transaction, reducing frustration and driving repeat spend.

Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team. The Manager, Product Management, will be responsible for supporting initiatives for Ethoca Consumer Clarity with a focus on Subscription Controls, performing market discovery, driving product improvements, commercialization, and monitoring the success of the product business in Europe. In this role, you will work closely with our internal and external customers to define and drive requirements, as well as guide go-to-market execution, and be a primary advocate for your product. This role requires a curious, thoughtful, highly organized and analytical person, skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the rapid evolution of your product(s) and ensure that our rich value proposition is fully delivered
  • Take a data-driven approach to product enhancements, identifying opportunity areas important to the European region translating these into business requirements for Global product teams
  • Supports the growth, development and integration for your product into the broader offering of Ethoca Consumer Clarity
  • Drive execution of the go-to-market strategy including market prioritization, and alignment with market facing teams
  • Become the SME of your product(s) and be the market face with internal Services Sales community (including specialist SSO sales) and external customers
  • Establish and maintain strong two-way communications with our go-to-market teams, customers and partners
  • Share Voice of Customer, feedback and insights with global product teams to drive product roadmaps and improve processes.
  • Support the evaluation, piloting and launch of new capabilities for your product(s)
  • Monitor and assess risk of both existing and emerging competitive solutions, seeking to differentiate core capabilities, features and functions to ensure consistent competitive advantage in the marketplace
  • Incorporate an understanding of the broader payments ecosystem into ongoing product management (e.g. regulatory, legal, technology, competitive environment etc.)

All About You: The ideal candidate will have a passion for payments, fraud, and customer experience, preferably:

  • Experience in the Payments, Card Fraud, Ecommerce, Financial Services is desired, Experience in Technology product management is preferred
  • Ability to hit the ground running, adapt quickly and take an action-oriented, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to execution that focuses on measurable results
  • Strategic, analytical, and systematic thinker who consistently drives continuous improvement
  • This position requires a highly collaborative and self-driven individual who will need to manage relationships across multiple functional areas, divisions and regions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to identify key issues, structure analysis, and provide recommendations effectively.
  • Committed to product management discipline and best practices; process-oriented, with a high attention to detail and quality on both internal team work and external products delivered to the market
  • Ability to embrace complexity and deliver/articulate simplicity
  • Proven track record of working effectively in matrix organizations and with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English is required
