Nature & Purpose of Position
Supports the TRIO SSS/TSS program by entering student data into the Blumen system, including coaching sessions, tutoring meetings, workshops, and events. The student employee will grade workshops and orientations in Blackboard and enter into Blumen. They will regularly print reports, create and organize student profiles, print labels, and maintain files. The role also includes making reservations through Mazevo and TEC to support program activities. Other duties as assigned
Other Requirements for the Position
Attention to Detail - must enter data accurately and double-check information before submitting.
Basic Computer Skills - able to use Windows, printers, and common office software.
Ability to Learn Software - must quickly learn Blumen, Blackboard grading, Mazebo, and TEC.
Organization Skills - able to keep files, labels, and printed reports neat and easy to find.
Time Management - able to complete tasks on time and manage multiple small assignments.
Confidentiality - must protect student information and follow TRIO SSS privacy guidelines.
Communication Skills - able to ask questions, follow instructions, and communicate clearly with staff.
Reliability - must show up on time and complete assigned tasks consistently.
