  • Manage data rooms, document requests, and diligence trackers
  • Prepare deal summaries, investment memos, and executive presentations
  • Support post-close integration coordination with HR, IT, RCM, and operations

What We're Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting, transaction advisory, corporate development, or a related field
  • Strong financial modeling skills including DCF, three-statement models, and transaction structuring
  • Familiarity with physician practice economics, including payer mix analysis, fee schedules, and RCM metrics
  • Experience supporting M amp;A transactions through some or all stages of the deal lifecycle
  • Preferred: experience in multi-site physician practice management or a PE-backed healthcare platform

Why This Role

  • High-exposure role with visibility into how a growing healthcare platform evaluates and integrates acquisitions
  • Fast-paced, transaction-heavy environment with real deal responsibility
  • Competitive compensation

The healthcare-focused version leans into physician practice economics specifically, which may surface candidates with more directly relevant backgrounds. Let me know if you want any of the titles or copy adjusted.
