PAY $100,000 - $115,000 Anually

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an operations management or supervisory role within the aviation industry.
  • Solid understanding of aviation operations, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with hands-on, floor-level presence.
  • Experience supporting budgets, labor management, and operational KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by airport operations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cabin cleaning, aircraft appearance, ground handling, or aviation services operations.

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the aviation division, including maintenance, cabin cleaning, flight operations support, safety, and customer service.
