Senior Account Executive, Enterprise Branded Merchandise & Swag Kits

We are seeking a creative, well-connected Senior Account Executiveto lead the expansion of our Branded Merchandise division. You willbuild long-term, highly lucrative relationships with enterpriseclients, helping them design and execute corporate gifting, eventmarketing, experiential gifting, employee recognition, and VIPcustomer unboxing programs.

Your "unfair advantage" in the market will be our internalfulfillment center, allowing you to sell automated, store-backed swagprograms that traditional distributors struggle to deliver.

Key Responsibilities

Account Generation: Identify, target, and acquire corporate accountsrequiring ongoing promotional merchandise, custom apparel, andspecialized kit presentations.

Consultative Merchandising: Work closely with clients to curatetrend-forward, high-quality products that align with their brandidentity, sustainability goals, and campaign budgets.

Kitting & Packaging Design: Collaborate with our creative andwarehouse teams to design memorable unboxing experiences (selectingcustom boxes, tissue, inserts, and decoration methods).

Program Expansion: Convert transactional order buyers into recurring,long-term program accounts (e.g., employee onboarding portals, companystores, sales incentive programs).

Supplier & Factory Coordination: Maintain strong relationshipswith suppliers, decorators, and factories to ensure timely productionand healthy gross margins.

Experience and Skills

Experience: 5+ years of successful sales experience in thePromotional Products (PPAI/ASI) or Custom Apparel industry.

Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of decoration techniques(screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving), vectorgraphics/art requirements, and overseas vs. domestic sourcing lead times.

  • Client Network: A strong, portable book of business or an activenetwork of Marketing Directors, HR Executives, and Event Planners.
